This group's mission is to assist our clients with the effective implementation
of projects and programs. By practicing Project Management best practices
according to the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management
Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), we assist our clients in improving their success
rates of delivering projects.

We typically do this in the following manner:

• We manage projects on our client's behalf and own the definition,
   delivery and implementation. We negotiate with stakeholders to refine
   and optimize the project's scope, budget and schedule to return the
   greatest business benefit given the business environment's constraints.
   We then coordinate the client's resources and external vendors to perform
   the project. We also communicate with all stakeholders and sponsors to
   deliver the project.
• We advise and mentor our client's junior project managers (or those
   resources with project management responsibility) to more effectively deliver
   projects. We serve as a senior resource for the client and participate in the
   project to help their teams identify risks and issues before they impact the    project's delivery.
• We assist our clients to develop program governance and management
   structures to position themselves for greater project success.
